The deal
Letter Circle is a place for small groups to exchange thoughtful letters. Using it is free. By creating an account you agree to participate in good faith, follow your circle's rules, and accept these terms. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your letters stay yours
You own the letters and responses you write. By posting them you grant Go Next Games LLC a license to store and display them within the service — to your circle, and publicly only when a circle owner marks a letter public. We claim no other rights to your writing.
The participation contract
Circles run on cycles with participation requirements (typically one letter and two thoughtful responses per cycle). Members who fall short receive reminders, then a grace period, and may then be removed automatically to keep the circle healthy. Removal is not punitive: removed members can be re-invited. Circle owners and moderators may also remove members or content that break their circle's norms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Letter Circle to plan, attempt, or promote illegal activity, violence, terrorism, child exploitation, or other serious harm. You may not use it for harassment, doxxing, credible threats, or spam. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations, and may preserve and disclose relevant information where legally required or to address imminent threats. Profile images that violate our policies may be removed.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, processed by Stripe, and non-refundable. Donating does not purchase features, access, or standing — participation is free and stays free.
The service, as-is
Letter Circle is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Next Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may modify or discontinue the service; if we ever shut down, we will make reasonable efforts to give members a chance to retrieve their letters first.
Changes and contact
When these terms change materially we will update the date above and note the change on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Go Next Games LLC is registered. Questions: [email protected].
