We only use this data to operate the product and support community participation, compliance reminders, and account access.

Letter Circle is for people age 13 and older. If we learn an account is under 13, we may suspend or close that account and remove related content.

We may review, remove, and preserve content when needed to enforce our Terms and community safety, including for credible threats, criminal planning, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or other unlawful activity.

Profile images may be reviewed and removed when they violate our rules, legal obligations, or community safety standards.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
